We are Jennifer Buttell-Kersey & John Kersey and we are the founders of Two Of A Kind Productions, LLC.

 

We are two people with the same dream; to bring the stories of our hearts to the screen in the hopes of affecting people's lives.

 

Our goal is to create quality entertainment that contains a positive message for all ages.

 

Collectively, we have both been involved in the entertainment industry for more than thirty years.

 

We have worked both behind and in front of the camera and know the kind of movies we would like to see brought to life.

Jennifer ButtellJennifer Buttell-Kersey

 

Jennifer Buttell-Kersey started acting when she was in high school and has never stopped. Theatre is her first love, not only producing, but performing.

 

She has been seen on both television and the big screen in projects such as Mr. Saturday Night, The Convent, ER and Days Of Our Lives.

 

She is the co-writer of the mockumentary Escape From Planet 10 and the writer of a female drama, Amy's Porch, of which she is very proud.

 

She is currently working on a horror script called Caterpillar, and a thriller called Freewill.

 

She also has developed the concepts for two television shows; one, a sitcom called The Rumor Mill, and a Sci-Fi drama entitled The Retrievers.

 

John KerseyJohn Kersey

 

30 Minutes Of Perception, a short office comedy, is John's most recent project.

 

Having been in motion picture production for the better part of thirty years, his most enjoyable television projects were,Fame, Moonlighting, The China Lake Murders, Face Of Fear, Purgatory, The Sonny & Cher Story, Providenceand C.S.I. Miami.

 

His writing credits include Safety Zone, Retrievers, and Boagie Bear Child Safety.

 

He is currently writing scripts for two feature film projects. Watch for info in the updates.

THE PASSION PLAY TO AIR ON TBN

"The Passion Play", an Easter Musical Drama of the last days before the Crucifixion of Christ, will air on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). Learn more or View Trailer.

 

INFERNO PICTURES NEGOTIATIONS

Two of a Kind Productions is in negotiations with Inferno Pictures of Manitoba Canada to co-produce DEAD WHISPER and shoot in Canada later this year.

 

FYI ON CAMERA RENTAL EQUIPMENT:

We suggest not renting equipment from Alan Gordon Enterprises in Hollywood, CA. We have found their cameras to be of poor quality and they don't guarantee or stand behind their equipment. They also have poor customer service.

 

 

DEAD WHISPER LOCKS IN DISTRIBUTION!!
Two of a Kind Productions has signed an agreement with Showcase Entertainment to distribute Dead Whisper.


They are considered one of the top ten distributors world wide.

WELCOME HOME
Jennifer Buttell-Kersey's WELCOME HOME was recently listed as"BEST IN HORROR"at the Chicago Int'l Reel Shorts Festival &"SPECIAL SELECTION"of the Beverly Hills Lafemme Film Festival.

WELCOME HOME was also accepted to be screened at the New Filmmakers Series in New York, as well as the first annual festival from Unistar International Pictures.

DEAD WHISPER is now the title of the feature inspired by "Welcome Home".
DEAD WHISPER will begin shooting this year (2009).
